A booking is a contract by law, therefore we require 7 days notice for cancellations. DEPOSIT
We now ask for credit or debit card details to secure a reservation. PAYMENT
We ask our guest to pay accounts up to £80.00 by cash. We accept payments over this amount by debit/credit cards there is no charge for payment made by debit card but a 3% charge if paying by credit card. We still accept cheques accompanied by a cheque guarantee card. If paying by cheque, this should be made payable to "Aberlaw Guest House". ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE TIMES
For the convenience of incoming guests, we require the rooms to be vacated by 10.00 am on the day of departure. CHECK-IN TIMES
Our check-in time is between 4.30 pm - 7pm, Monday to Friday and 4.30 - 6.30pm at weekends. Please let us know if you need to arrive outside these times. NO SMOKING POLICY
In the interest of the comfort and safety of our guests, we operate a strict ‘Non-Smoking' policy throughout the Guest House. In the event of non-compliance, a charge of £50 will be levied for professional cleaning of the room.  Tay Rail Bridge Dundee |
